Lugg Bridge, Stapleton/Presteign

The River Lugg forms the border between England and Wales here. This bridge is the responsibility of Powys and Herefordshire Councils. The bridge is on the edge of Presteign which is in Radnorshire.

The bridge is probably 17th century and is built of stone rubble. It has three arches and cutwaters facing both up- and down-stream.
